How to submit a report

Reporting a user

  1. Navigate to the user's profile either by clicking on their name at the top of their daily post or by searching for them in the People page.
  2. In the upper right corner of the user's profile, click the 3 dots and select 'Report'.
  3. Select the appropriate Report Reason.
    1. If a Details section appears, click on it and select the appropriate input.
  4. Add any free-type notes in the Additional Comments
  5. Click 'Submit' in the upper right corner.

Reporting part of a daily post

  1. Click on the daily post on your home screen or navigate to the post by searching for the user in the People page, then click on the post you'd like to report.
  2. Press and hold on the piece of content until a menu appears, then select 'Report'.
  3. Select the appropriate Report Reason.
    1. If a Details section appears, click on it and select the appropriate input.
  4. Add any free-type notes in the Additional Comments
  5. Click 'Submit' in the upper right corner.

Reporting a direct message

  1. Go to your direct messages and select the conversation with the message you want to report.
  2. Press and hold the message you want to report until a menu appears, then select 'Report'.
  3. Select the appropriate Report Reason.
    1. If a Details section appears, click on it and select the appropriate input.
  4. Add any free-type notes in the Additional Comments
  5. Click 'Submit' in the upper right corner.

What happens after you submit a report

Frenlo's Community Safety Team will be notified of the report. We may follow up with you if there are additional questions. Your information will be kept confidential. In certain cases, a community moderator will follow up with the user that filed the report to offer additional support that user might need.
